リニューアル内容：メインエントランス、1階ロビー、2階テラスラウンジ・テラスレストラン、4階宴会場の一部・ホワイエ

工事期間：2023年11月15日（水）～2024年2月末頃予定

工事時間：8:30-18:00予定
期間中は断続的に工事音が一部発生します。
